Moving Through Cancer

Moving Through Cancer is a safe and effective researched-based exercise program specifically designed for people at any stage in their cancer diagnosis:
pre-treatment, during treatment, and post treatment. Fatigue,
neuropathy, lymphedema, balance and cognitive function are common side effects of cancer treatment.

Moving Through Cancer will help people address these conditions while strengthening their bodies, and improving balance and
flexibility.
By improving overall physical well-being, survivors can regain trust in their bodies.

beFIT Silks 101

Let’s explore the use of Aerial Silks for strength, flexibility and balance. We will not be climbing the silks in this class (We will save that for later:) We WILL be engaging your core, increasing strength and flexibility and feeling like kids again. Try it and experience this incredible freedom of movement with your workout.

We will draw from various practices like Yoga, Primal Movement and Applied Functional Science for a unique and ever changing experience.
