“My head was spinning – in a good way – afterwards – mostly thinking about how excited I am to get my body working well again.

Elizabeth S  (Williamstown)

“Awesome! These videos are extremely helpful to reference while I am learning the proper stretches / exercises. So easy to forget, or do them incorrectly.”

Ann Marie S (Williamstown)

“I began working with Nicole Armbrust shortly after the 2012 Olympic Marathon Trials.   Nicole embodies the perfect balance of knowledge and enthusiasm. Her encouragement, paired with her vast running knowledge–from form and injuries to the best strength program to target my specific muscle imbalances–gave me the hope and motivation I needed to continue running.”

JumpStart Running myoMetric Assessment

by appointment

myoMetric Running assessment is powered by an expert running analyst & Noraxon technology (www.noraxon.com). Movement assessment includes footwear analysis and recommendations.

Wireless EMG technology makes it clear which muscles are firing and which could use a JumpStart.

You will leave with a clear explanation of any existing pathology/inefficiency/energy leaks compared to ideal biomechanics.

Virtual follow up includes written summary of evaluation with videos specific to YOUR assessment for effective strength and flexibility training.  This means no more time wasted on exercises that aren’t working for you.
