About Be Fit Co.

We are beyond excited to bring our collaborative health and wellness practice to Spring Street in Williamstown. When we merged our separate businesses—Be Fit Co. and Tsubo, both well known to locals—from Water Street to our new collaborative space, we created something truly special.

Our passion is helping people like you live the life you want—in comfort and confidence—so you can do more of what you live for. Yes, we get excited about fitness, but we are much more than that.

At Be Fit Co., you’ll find a unique collaborative of specialists who bring together the best of physical therapy, massage therapy, Chinese medicine, craniosacral therapy, and energetic healing. Our style is relaxed and personal. Our services are highly specialized and skillful.

Our team brings together diverse expertise: Robin Dufour specializes in physical therapy and movement science, helping clients overcome recurring pain and build lasting strength. Francine Field brings three decades of structural bodywork and corrective exercise to address the root causes of tension and imbalance. Sandy Camper offers the wisdom of Chinese medicine and acupuncture to support healing on every level—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Jim Haskins provides gentle yet profound craniosacral therapy to release restrictions and restore whole-body wellness. And Christina Votra guides clients through transformative energetic healing, using Reiki and shamanic practices to clear blocks and restore inner harmony.

Together, we create personalized care plans that draw on our diverse expertise, giving you access to multiple healing modalities under one roof. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, working to enhance your vitality and longevity, or simply want to feel better in your body, we’re here to guide you.

Robin’s Bio

Robin Dufour empowers people of all ages to overcome their struggles with recurring pain, fitness, and injury. She approaches each situation with enthusiasm, persistence, and a keen sense of humor, crafting individualized and science-based programs for each person or group.

Her goal is to help individuals, families, and organizations become experts in their physical wellbeing so they can enjoy a healthy balance in occupation, life, and play. She loves working with individuals, families, and organizations to build healthier movement patterns and prevent injury before it starts. She loves being able to laugh and celebrate with clients as they overcome difficult situations and move beyond old limitations.

Special Interests:

Robin is often sought out to assist with challenging pain issues when other treatments have been unsuccessful. She is particularly skilled with seemingly complicated cases of recurring pain, discomfort, and aversion to regular exercise. She also specializes in resolving the causes of workplace injury.

Her experience as a parent, business owner, practitioner, and enthusiastic student of life offers a refreshing alternative to traditional physical therapy and fitness.

Background:

Following graduation from the University of New England in 1995, Robin became a licensed Physical Therapist. She opted for a series of challenging jobs in physical rehabilitation with neurologic injury, pediatrics, geriatrics, and sports medicine. In 2010, she earned the distinction of Fellow of Applied Functional Science with the prestigious Gray Institute, going on to become a five-year member of the faculty.

As a faculty member at the Gray Institute, Robin taught and collaborated with practitioners from around the world. This experience expanded her perspective beyond traditional approaches, exposing her to diverse treatment philosophies and movement strategies used across different cultures and healthcare systems. The global network she built through this faculty role continues to inform her practice today—she regularly exchanges ideas with colleagues internationally, staying current with emerging research and innovative techniques that might not yet be mainstream in the United States. This worldwide lens helps Robin see each client’s situation from multiple angles and draw upon a much broader toolkit of evidence-based solutions.

Robin has a particular interest in Veteran and Family care. In 2018-2019 she served as a special consultant for Home Base Veteran and Family Care, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program dedicated to healing the invisible wounds for Veterans, Service Members, and Military Families.

At the onset of COVID-19, Robin quickly moved all group fitness, balance, and strength classes online. What began as a necessary pivot evolved into a thriving virtual community. The Home Team (also known as BeFit Online) membership continues to grow with original founding members and new participants joining from around the country and world, bringing together people who support and motivate each other week after week.

With 30+ years of studying the art and science of the human body, Robin founded Be Fit Co. in 2015 in collaboration with Dave and Jen Armet of Williamstown Physical Therapy—a relaxed and creative environment where clients can thrive. In the summer of 2025, Be Fit Co. expanded into an exciting new chapter, merging with Francine Field, Sandy Camper, Jim Haskins, and Christina Votra—formerly of Tsubo—to create a truly collaborative wellness practice that brings together diverse healing modalities under one roof.
