Let’s explore the use of Aerial Silks for strength, flexibility and balance. We will not be climbing the silks in this class (We will save that for later:) We WILL be engaging your core, increasing strength and flexibility and feeling like kids again. Try it and experience this incredible freedom of movement with your workout.

We will draw from various practices like Yoga, Primal Movement and Applied Functional Science for a unique and ever changing experience.
