BeFIT Run Assessment includes in depth consultation, analysis and prescription from our resident Running Specialist. Nicole has helped hundreds of runners gain a new understanding of their unique needs for flexibility, strength, and footwear.

We use DorsaVi technology to detect the forces when your body hits the ground, and clearly identify imbalances from left to right side of the body.
