Kathleen has been helping people stay healthy for over 40 years. Her philosophy as a physical therapist and educator is that giving people knowledge about how their body functions empowers them to make healthy choices. She has combined her extensive physical therapy experience and years as a college professor to educate people about recovering from injury, regaining function, managing pain, moving properly and incorporating exercise into daily life. Kathleen believes that spending time one on one with a person and listening to their health and movement goals fosters a sharing of ideas. Together a plan for improvement can be established.

Since graduating from college with PT degree in 1975, Kathleen has worked in Berkshire County, Bennington, VT and the Capital District in many different settings with people of all ages. She has a graduate degree in Anatomy / Neuroscience from Albany Medical Collage. She received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2004 and was an Associate Professor at The Sage Colleges in Troy, NY for 18 years. While teaching, she became a Certified Hand Therapist specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation. Her most recent work has been as a home health physical therapist.
