Fitness Assessment

A Fitness Assessment with us will include a conversation about your history, goals and hopes. We will look at your movement in every direction and from every angle in order to find where you move well and where your energy leaks are (we all have them).

Following the assessment, you will have personalized videos to follow at home or to use in our studio to target your focus areas. This is a great place to start if you aren't sure where to begin. If you have started a program before and stopped due to boredom or pain, we can help you.

Active Tension Release

Think of this as a massage with a twist. Robin has taken the pearls from a variety of techniques in her 20+ years as a Physical Therapist and put them together. A deep understanding of the myofascial system and human biomechanics is critical for effective treatment of pain and stiffness.

We will see what's working well and what needs some help. This technique is similar to the well known practice of Myofascial Release, but we take it a few steps further. Robin will show you how to move and activate your muscles during and after treatment so that you will have longer more lasting relief.
